Ordering process

We aim to get all orders posted within 3 weeks of ordering, however this does depend on how quick you are to respond to emails and proofing requests etc. Please allow up to 8 weeks for all bespoke orders.

1. Place your order

Choose your favourite design from our website and get in touch to place your order. We’ll put all your order details into an invoice and email it over for payment via BACS or Paypal. We’ll then ask you to email us a copy of your preferred wording, some colour reference images and any other information we might need to design your cards.

 

For bespoke orders, we’ll email over a link to our bespoke wedding branding form, where you’ll answer a series of questions to help us build a picture of you both as a couple and of your wedding style and vision.

 

2. Initial design proof, within 5 working days (3 weeks for bespoke)

Using the information you’ve provided us with, we’ll design your new wedding stationery. We’ll use the colour reference images to make sure everything ties in with the colour scheme of your wedding and the wording will be altered to suit you. Once all the designs are complete, we’ll email you a PDF proof of each card.

 

For bespoke orders, we’ll initially create a wedding mood board that captures the overall style and vision for your wedding. Once you’ve approved the mood board, we’ll make a start on the initial design.

 

3. Feedback – Round 01

Once you’ve checked over the initial proof, let us know if you would like to make any changes to the text or colour scheme. Bespoke customers can request changes to any elements of the design.

 

4. Revisions – Round 01

We’ll revise the designs based on your feedback and email over a second round of proofs.

 

5. Feedback – Round 02

You now have the opportunity to make any final tweaks to your cards.

 

6. Revisions – Round 02

We’ll revise the designs based on your feedback and email over the final proof.

 

7. Feedback – Round 03 (bespoke customers only)

Bespoke customers have an additional round of feedback and revisions.

 

8. Revisions – Round 03 (bespoke customers only)

9. Sign off

At this stage we’ll ask you to have one final look over all of the designs, checking the wording, spelling and details carefully before emailing your sign-off on the designs.

 

10. Printing + finishing (up to 2 weeks)

Once we’ve received sign-off, we’ll start getting everything printing and begin putting together your wedding stationery packs.

 

11. Posting

Depending on the service you’ve chosen, we’ll either post your wedding stationery directly to you or we’ll post your boxed invitations directly to your guests.

 

12. Excitement!

Your order will be posted via First Class Recorded Delivery, so you should receive it within a day or two. If we’re sending invitations directly to your guests, we can send them via 1st or 2nd class, whichever you prefer.
